Job Description – MIS Executive (Advanced Excel Expert)

Position: MIS Executive

Location: Dehra, Dhaulana, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh

Department: Accounts / MIS

Experience: 1-2 Years

Qualification: BCom / MCom / Graduate

Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Handle large data sets using Advanced Excel.

Create dashboards, reports, and data analysis for management.

Perform data validation, data cleaning, and report automation.

Coordinate with different departments for accurate reporting.

Maintain records related to sales, accounts, inventory, and operations.

Generate Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.

Ensure timely submission of reports and data accuracy.

Work on ERP/Tally and reporting systems.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF Formula, Conditional Formatting, Dashboard, MIS Reporting).

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Knowledge of ERP/Tally Prime preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year experience in MIS reporting.

Excellent command of MS Excel.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

Best as per industry standards.
