Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reports, maintain data accuracy, and provide timely MIS reports to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from various sources.

• Maintain accurate and updated Excel trackers and databases.

• Prepare performance, productivity, attendance, and operational reports as required.

• Analyse data and identify trends, gaps, and variances.

• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.

• Create and maintain dashboards and management reports.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data.

• Support the team with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.

Required Skills

• Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can apply.

• Candidates with 1 year of MIS/reporting experience will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including:

  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

  • Pivot Tables

  • IF formulas

  • SUMIF / COUNTIF

  • Data filtering and sorting

  • Basic charts and dashboards

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is strong in Excel, comfortable working with data, and willing to learn MIS and reporting processes.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
