MIS Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Noida. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, preparing reports, analyzing

trends, and providing insights to support management in decision-making. You should have

strong Excel, reporting, and coordination skills along with a good understanding of business

processes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

● Analyze data and generate insights for management review.

● Develop and automate reporting templates to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

● Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.

● Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.

● Track KPIs and prepare variance reports against business targets.

● Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy in reporting.

● Identify data gaps and suggest improvements in data collection and management

processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or

related field.

● 2+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.

● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional

Formatting, etc.), Word and Powerpoint.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and coordination abilities.

● Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
