Collect, compile, and analyze data from various telecom departments (sales, network, customer service, operations).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Maintain dashboards showing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as subscriber growth, churn rate, and revenue trends.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, processes, and data sources.
Ensure all MIS reports comply with internal and regulatory standards.
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
