Admin / MIS Executive (Excel Expert)

Job Summary:
As an Admin / MIS Analyst based in Ambattur, Chennai, you play a vital role in optimizing information systems within the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing data, creating reports, ensuring data accuracy, providing technical support, and contributing insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.

• Maintain, update, and manage large datasets and records.

• Create and manage dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, and macros in Excel.

• Assist in administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and coordination.

• Coordinate with different departments to gather data and prepare consolidated reports.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in handling company data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIS or related roles.

• Proficiency in Advanced MS Office (Excel, Google Sheets)

• Macros, API Integration

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

• Familiarity with Looker Studio and Macros is advantageous.

• Job timing: 9 AM to 6 PM.
