We are looking for a MIS Executive to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support :
o Manage and Coordinate a support to Directors in his Daily activities
o Managing his Office Administrative work , Appointments and Meeting Agenda
o Will assist him in daily reports, official documentation
o Will take care of executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings,
appointments, and travel arrangements.
Mis Office Administration:
o Preparing MIS data and other timebound reports for strategic initiatives
o Updating Team’s Daily report in system
HR Administration Support:
o Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
o Assist with recruitment activities, Co-ordination of KPI and KRA drafting with
Consultant.
o Organize and maintain Target and KPI files for future reference.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
