The company is expanding its team and seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (MIS Executive) to support operations and decision-making processes. Job Summary The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining data, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of various management information systems. The role requires strong Excel expertise, Scripting,Scipt writing, data integration,data handling skills, and experience with operational systems such as FMS, IMS, and PMS. Key Responsibilities Data Handling & Analysis ● Collect data from various departments and systems. ● Clean, verify, and organize data to ensure accuracy. ● Interpret data to support management decisions and operations. ● Analyze data to generate meaningful insights and summaries. Reporting & MIS Management ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. ● Create and maintain performance sheets, trackers, and dashboards. ● Work on task delegation sheets and checklists for management. ● Ensure timely and accurate updates of all MIS-related documents. ● Manage task distribution and delegation. Excel & Technical Skills Excel Functions ● SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS ● VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP ● DATE & TIME formulas ● Pivot Tables ● Charts (Bar, Line, Pie, etc.) Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office ● Advanced Excel functions ● Macros & VBA ● Conditional Formatting ● Data Validation ● Power Query ● Power Pivot ● Excel Dashboard development Tools & Systems ● Google Sheets & Google Docs (Google Workspace) ● FMS (Fleet Management Systems) ● IMS (Inventory Management Systems) ● PMS (Project Management Systems) ● Report formats & Checklists Candidate Requirements ● Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills. ● High proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace. ● Knowledge of operational systems (FMS/IMS/PMS). ● Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized. ● Good coordination and communication abilities. ● Should know software languages like Python & SQL ● Data visualization tools like tableau , Power BI ● Experienced with looker and Appscript appv
