MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various business functions.

• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.

• Generate dashboards and performance scorecards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to gather data and understand reporting needs.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports and databases.

• Create ad hoc reports and respond to data requests from management as needed.

• Maintain and troubleshoot MIS databases and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

• Familiarity with database tools and languages such as SQL is a plus.

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in [industry-specific detail, e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.]

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
