Job Summary:

SMAEX Enterprise is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in data management and report generation. This role involves preparing MIS reports, analyzing performance data, and supporting management with accurate insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Generate sales, operations, and inventory performance reports.

• Create dashboards and trackers for various departments.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reports and data.

• Automate reporting processes using Excel tools and formulas.

• Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and reporting requirements.

• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to the management team.

• Handle ad-hoc reporting and support other business functions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Word.

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field.

• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets is a plus.

• Familiarity with basic SQL will be an advantage.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Salary: Based on experience and skillset
