Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Procurement Executive to support our procurement and reporting functions at the Tambaram location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining procurement data, generating MIS reports, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and analyze procurement-related MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase requisitions, quotations, vendor details, and pricing.

• Assist in the procurement process including data entry, order follow-ups, and document management.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.

• Support process improvements and automation of reporting systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate (any discipline).

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in MIS, procurement, or supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

• Basic understanding of procurement and inventory concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
