Key Responsibilities
Collect, compile, and verify data from different departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and dashboards.
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
Coordinate with teams for data requirements and discrepancy resolution.
Generate performance reports for management review.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
Assist in automation of reports and improve reporting processes.
Support management in decision-making through meaningful data analysis.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard, Advanced Excel).
Knowledge of MIS reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
Good understanding of Google Sheets, ERP/CRM tools (as per company).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
