We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Executive to manage and process insurance claims efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle claim assessments, documentation, communication with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution in line with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and assess claims promptly and accurately
Communicate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and third parties to gather required documentation
Maintain and update claim records in internal systems
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claim details
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Support in claim audits and reporting
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in insurance or claims processing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in MS Office and claims management software
