MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple departments to prepare accurate reports and dashboards.

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Identify data discrepancies and perform data validation to ensure report accuracy.

• Support management in planning, forecasting, and business analysis through data insights.

• Automate reports and data extraction processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with IT and business teams to resolve system or data-related issues.

• Develop and maintain documentation of data processes, reporting templates, and data standards.

• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

• Assist in implementation and improvement of ERP/MIS systems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.

• Good understanding of database management and data structures.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
