MIS Executive

Work Profile: MIS cum Tender Executive

Objective:

To manage project data, reporting, and compliance for skilling initiatives while handling tender identification, documentation, and submission for government and Other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update data on MIS portals (SDMS, UPSDM, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, etc.).

Prepare daily/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

Identify and analyze tenders/EoIs/RFPs from government and other sources.

Prepare and submit technical & financial bids on eProcurement, GEM, and NIC portals.

Draft and compile project proposals, DPRs, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with departments, Sector Skill Councils, and internal teams for compliance.

Maintain data records, tender tracking sheets, and audit-ready documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Google Sheets

Familiarity with tender portals & MIS systems

Strong documentation, coordination, and analytical skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Key Deliverables:

Updated MIS and project dashboards

Timely and compliant tender submissions

Proposal drafts and reports ready for review

Audit-compliant documentation repository.
