Job Description

Role Summary

A dual-responsibility role focusing on Data Analysis (MIS) and Core Bookkeeping. The goal is to maintain accurate accounts while providing management with data-driven reports.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting: Create daily/monthly dashboards (Sales, Expenses, Inventory) using Advanced Excel.
Accounting: Handle day-to-day entries in Tally/ERP, Bank Reconciliation (BRS), and Petty Cash.
Compliance: Prepare data for GST, TDS, and PT filings.
Payables/Receivables: Track vendor payments and client collections.

Technical Requirements

Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA.
Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Sumifs, and Data Formatting.
Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime or equivalent accounting software.
Analysis: Ability to interpret numerical trends and variances.
