Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating accurate reports, and providing actionable insights to support key business decisions. This role requires strong Excel skills, basic knowledge of databases, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments and systems

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, inventory, operations, finance, etc.)

• Automate reports and processes using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.)

• Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data

• Identify data trends and create dashboards for performance tracking

• Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and deliver custom reports

• Assist in improving data accuracy, reporting processes, and documentation

• Support the management team with data-driven insights for decision-making

• 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros
