Maintain and update store inventory data in MIS/ERP systems
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports (receipts, issues, balances)
Track material movements and ensure data accuracy between physical stock and system records
Generate reports on stock consumption, aging, shortages, and excess inventory
Support store audits and physical stock verification activities
Coordinate with storekeepers, purchase, finance, and project teams for data reconciliation
Maintain documentation related to GRNs, issue notes, return notes, and stock transfers
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping (both digital and physical)
Identify discrepancies and report variances to management
Assist in improving inventory control processes and MIS reporting formats
