MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data to track performance against targets.
Maintain databases, dashboards, and sales trackers.
Present insights and reports to the MIS Manager for business planning.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and proposals.
Handle client follow-ups regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.
Liaise with accounts, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Support sales managers and executives in achieving business targets.
Administrative Support
Maintain proper documentation of sales agreements, invoices, and records.
Assist in preparing presentations, sales pitches, and client communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or sales coordination.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Reports).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
