*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

4. *System Maintenance*: Ensure MIS systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

5. *Data Quality*: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

6. *Collaboration*: Work with various stakeholders to understand their MIS requirements and provide support.

7. *Process Improvement*: Identify opportunities to improve MIS processes and implement changes.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience in MIS or data analysis role.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in MIS tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

*Preferred Skills:*

1. Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).

2. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

3. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
