MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations. They maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy to assist in strategic planning and decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and data models.

·         Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights and trends.

·         Automate and streamline data collection and reporting processes.

·         Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and consistency.

·         Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports as required.

·         Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and customize reports.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MIS tools and reporting.

·         Provide support during audits and compliance checks by furnishing necessary reports.

·         Ensure timely backups and security of MIS data.

·         The candidate may be required to perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by their Superior/Management/ Reporting manager,

 apart from those mentioned in the job description.

Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

·         2+ years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.

·         Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets.

·         Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

·         Experience in [industry, e.g., retail, jewellery, manufacturing, etc.]

·         Working knowledge of ERP systems or SAP software.

·         Basic SQL knowledge.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
