MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy MIS Executive to manage and support information and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management or departments.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and databases.

• Automate reports and processes using Excel (advanced functions), Power Query, or macros.

• Coordinate with different departments for data collation and report generation.

• Assist in the implementation and management of ERP/CRM or other business tools.

• Provide support in business process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.)

• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other BI/reporting tools (preferred).

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Additional certifications in MIS, Data Analytics, or related software tools is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
