Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Executive to lead and support our solar energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the solar or renewable energy sector, with strong technical, commercial, and strategic capabilities. This role involves client engagement, project development, and driving business growth in solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for solar PV systems (rooftop, ground-mounted, hybrid).

• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield estimations.

• Prepare and present customized solar proposals to clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-sales support.

• Provide regular MIS reports and performance updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and permitting processes.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
