Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and automating data systems to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and Looker Studio, along with a mindset for process improvement and automabacku

Key Responsibilities :-

Data Management & ReportingMaintain and manage large datasets using Google Sheets and Microsoft ExcelDesign, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and periodic reports for managementEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all systemsGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reportsAutomation & Process ImprovementDevelop automation solutions using Google Apps Script to streamline workflowsAutomate data entry, approvals, notifications, and report generationBuild and maintain AppSheet applications for internal business processesIdentify manual processes and convert them into automated systemsData Analysis & VisualizationCreate interactive dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)Analyze trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to support decision-makingProvide actionable insights to management and department headsAdvanced Spreadsheet ExpertiseUse advanced Excel & Google Sheets formulas, including:QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPINDEX-MATCH, FILTER, IF/IFS, SUMIFS, COUNTIFSPivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional FormattingHandle complex calculations and data modeling efficientlyCross-Functional SupportCoordinate with operations, sales, finance, and management teamsUnderstand business requirements and translate them into MIS solutionsProvide technical support and training to team members on MIS toolsData Governance & SecurityMaintain proper access controls and data confidentialityEnsure compliance with internal data policiesPerform regular data audits and backupsRequired Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets & Advanced Excel
Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script
Experience in building apps using AppSheet
Expertise in Looker Studio dashboard creation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of databases and structured data
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and deadlines
Excellent communication and documentation skills
