Maintaining accurate MIS records of employee data, incentives, and daily activities.
B. Training Coordination
Arranging Training Materials as per requirements across all locations.
Preparation of Training Schedules in coordination with the Sales Trainer.
Ensuring smooth execution and tracking of training sessions.
C. Branch Coordination & Workflow Management
Daily coordination with branches for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with all locations.
D. Data Management & Quality Improvement
Collecting and analyzing database feedback from branches for continuous quality improvement.
Identifying gaps in data quality and recommending corrective actions.
Sourcing and evaluating B2B database vendors as per business requirements.
E. Dialer Operations Management
Managing dialer data uploads and campaign setup as per calling requirements.
Ensuring proper allocation and distribution of calling data to sales teams.
Monitoring dialer performance (connectivity, productivity, call flow).
Coordinating with technical teams/vendors for dialer-related issues and resolution.
Generating and maintaining dialer MIS reports (calls, connects, conversions, efficiency).
Ensuring data hygiene, duplication checks, and proper utilization of dialer systems.
