Job Title: MIS Analyst (AI & BI-Driven Data Management)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only manage and update accurate data across databases, spreadsheets, and systems but will also leverage AI and Business Intelligence tools to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Maintain and organize physical and digital records for quick access and retrieval.

2.Collect, verify, and update data accurately in relevant systems and databases.

3.Leverage AI tools (such as Power BI AI visuals, Excel Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate reports and improve data accuracy.

4.Design, maintain, and update interactive BI dashboards for management and operational teams.

5.Identify trends, anomalies, and data inconsistencies using BI insights and suggest process improvements.

6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

7.Generate data-driven reports and summaries to aid strategic decision-making.

8.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company data governance policies.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting.

• Technical Skills:

1.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Database Management Systems.

2.Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

3.Understanding of AI-assisted data tools or automation workflows.

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Soft Skills:

  3.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
