MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, generating regular and ad hoc reports, analyzing business data to support strategic decisions, and ensuring data accuracy across all platforms.

Key Skills:
1. 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
2. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Filtration, Data visualization & Excel formula's).
3. Develop, maintain, and distribute regular MIS reports and dashboards.
4. Analyze operational and business data to support strategic planning and performance tracking.

5. Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.

6. Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
