Role: MIS Executive/ Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update CRM database (Sell.do or other crm's) with accurate customer, lead, and transaction data.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering lead generation, follow-ups, sales performance, site visits, closures, and team productivity.
Tracking Marketing spends and CLP.
Creating spends report Daily, Weekly, Monthly
Track and reconcile lead sources and campaign performance in coordination with the Marketing team.
Coordinate with Sales team to maintain pipeline health and ensure timely follow-ups.
Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies in CRM systems and Excel trackers.
Support post-sales processes including documentation tracking and customer communication logs.
Train team members on CRM usage and reporting tools when required.
Assist in process automation and CRM optimization initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a CRM/MIS role, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) and CRM software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Experience working with real estate CRMs like Sell.do, Salesforce (Real Estate Edition), or NoBrokerHood.
Exposure to lead management systems and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Leads, etc.)
