Full Time
Prepare Daily Sales MIS. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Business MIS. Generate profitability reports by product, channel, and customer. Track collections, outstanding receivables, and ageing reports. Monitor inventory movement and stock reconciliation. Prepare purchase and sales analysis reports. Create dashboards for management using Excel. Analyse business performance and highlight key trends. Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Maintain accurate master data across systems. Improve reporting formats and automate repetitive reports. Ensure data accuracy across ERP, accounting software, and Excel reports. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Ecommerce teams for data collection.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts, Power Query preferred). Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software. Good analytical and numerical ability. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Referred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance. 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and MIS. Experience in FMCG, D2C, Ecommerce, or Manufacturing will be preferred. Knowledge of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
