Role Summary

The Marketing Support Executive will assist the marketing department with daily operational activities, MIS updates, data management, and coordination with sales teams. This role is essential for ensuring smooth functioning of the marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update the daily Marketing MIS

Manage marketing collaterals

Coordinate daily with Sales and Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) for data collection

Support the marketing function in day-to-day tasks

Prepare, update, and maintain the daily Marketing Management Information System (MIS)

Dispatch marketing collaterals to support campaigns and sales activities

Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate or equivalent to 10+2

MS-CIT certification and basic computer knowledge required

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, etc.)

Experience

0–2 years of experience (preferably in data entry or sales support)

Excel knowledge is a must

Skills Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management

Ability to communicate in Marathi, Hindi, and English

Flair and interest in working with the MarCom (Marketing Communications) Department
