MIS Executive

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, inventory, production, etc.)

• Maintain and update databases for sales, stock, and distribution.

• Analyze trends and share insights with relevant departments.

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams for accurate data flow.

• Automate reports using Excel functions and tools (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Assist management with ad-hoc data requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus)

• Basic understanding of FMCG processes (sales, inventory, production)

• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business / IT or related field

• 1–3 years of MIS or data handling experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
