MIS Executive

• Collect, consolidate, and validate operational data from various zones/units involved in waste collection, transportation, and disposal.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to waste collection, fleet performance, manpower utilization, and financial metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of waste collection volumes, route performance, vehicle tracking, and resource allocation.

• Analyze operational trends and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

• Develop and manage Excel dashboards, charts, and pivot reports for management review.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.

• Coordinate with operations, finance, and compliance teams for timely data collection and reporting.

• Assist in automation of reports and implementation of reporting tools (Power BI, MS Access, or SQL).

• Support audits and compliance reports as per statutory norms of municipal and environmental regulations.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
