Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily data entry in software / ERP systems

  • Tracking and monitoring operational data

  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly)

  • Verification of invoices with supporting documents and system data

  • Ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting

  • Coordination with operations

  • Maintaining records, files, and documentation as per company standards

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

  • Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and MIS formats

  • Good analytical and data validation skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
