Job Description

Job Description: Logistics & Billing Coordinator

Core Responsibility: To oversee the end-to-end transport cycle, from vehicle tracking and driver management to final invoicing and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Must be proficient with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Formatting for MIS reports.

  • Logistics Experience: Proven background in transportation, fleet coordination, or supply chain.

  • Billing & Documentation: Hands-on experience with online invoicing, E-way bills, and freight billing.

  • Operations: Ability to track trucks in real-time and manage driver schedules/grievances.

Primary Duties

  1. Daily Tracking: Monitor truck movements via GPS and ensure timely pickups/deliveries.

  2. Driver Management: Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, fuel allowances, and trip schedules.

  3. Invoicing: Prepare and process accurate billing and digital invoices for clients.

  4. MIS Reporting: Maintain and update Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports (DSR) to track fleet efficiency and costs.
