MIS Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, generate business reports, and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, database management, and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of data accuracy and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain and update databases and dashboards.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.

• Provide support for audits and compliance reporting.

• Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs.

• Automate report generation processes wherever possible.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)

• Experience with database tools (SQL, MS Access, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and time management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles.
