MIS Executive – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Work extensively on Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Create and manage Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts for data analysis and reporting.
Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Use Google Sheets for real-time collaboration, dashboards, and automation (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, FILTER functions).
Develop automated reports and dashboards to improve efficiency.
Support System Implementation by coordinating with teams, testing processes, and ensuring smooth execution.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements through data insights.
Generate business reports and share insights with management for decision-making.
Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables & Data Analysis
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Basic understanding of System Implementation & process automation
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
