Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily attendance records of labour

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with site labour and supervisors

  • Ensure accurate data entry and attendance filling

  • Prepare basic MIS reports as required

  • Maintain records and documentation properly

  • Support administrative and site-related MIS activities

Skills & Requirements:

  • Any Graduate (mandatory)

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi

  • Ability to communicate clearly with labour/workers

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, data entry)

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
