Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily attendance records of labour
Coordinate and communicate effectively with site labour and supervisors
Ensure accurate data entry and attendance filling
Prepare basic MIS reports as required
Maintain records and documentation properly
Support administrative and site-related MIS activities

Skills & Requirements:

Any Graduate (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
Ability to communicate clearly with labour/workers
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, data entry)
Good organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
