Job Description

Plan and execute daily dispatch activities.

Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport documents.

Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.

Ensure correct product quantity and documentation before dispatch.

Track dispatched shipments and update customers/internal teams on delivery status.

Maintain dispatch registers and records

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Update stock movement, dispatch, inward, and inventory reports.

Maintain data in Excel, ERP, or WMS accurately.

Generate reports for management regarding warehouse performance.

Analyze data and highlight discrepancies or delays.

Ensure all records are updated and properly documented.
