Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze data critical to our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and store performance.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reporting platforms.

• Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data.

• Assist in automating reporting processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles, preferably in the retail sector.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems and retail inventory management.

• Knowledge of SQL for database querying.
