MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making. This role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, creating dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to assist management in operational and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to generate accurate and timely reports.

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Develop and manage dashboards for performance tracking and KPIs.

• Assist in the automation of reports and improvement of data processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleansing.

• Support different departments (HR, Production, Sales, etc.) with custom reports as needed.

• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data management standards.

• Coordinate with IT for data extraction, system enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar MIS or data management role.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) is essential.

• Working knowledge of database tools (MS Access, SQL) and ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business analytics or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Basic understanding of financial and operational metrics.

• Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
