Reporting To: Accounts / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data from field and operations teams to prepare accurate and timely MIS reports. The role also supports billing and accounts teams by providing verified data for invoicing and reconciliations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect daily, weekly, and monthly site/service reports from field teams

• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain MIS reports for management review

• Assist the billing and accounts team with accurate data for invoicing

• Maintain trackers for operations, services, and site activities

• Analyze trends and generate summary reports for performance monitoring

• Coordinate with operations, field, and accounts teams to ensure accurate data

• Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from management

• Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain proper documentation

Qualification & Skills

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management

Technical Skills:

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts)

• Familiarity with ERP / accounting software is a plus

• Data consolidation and reporting skills

Behavioral Skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
