Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Management: Gather data from multiple sources (e.g., sales records, inventory systems, CRM tools) and ensure its accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality while maintaining databases. Report Generation and Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using tools like Excel pivot tables, dashboards, or Power BI; analyze trends to provide business insights and recommendations. Ad-Hoc Reporting: Create customized reports and perform data queries based on urgent requests from sales, operations, or senior management teams. Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and databases.Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally).Understanding of data visualization and statistical analysis. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication for presenting insights; attention to detail and ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
