MIS Executive

🔸Job Summary:

MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data, preparing accurate reports, and supporting operational efficiency through timely and structured reporting. You will coordinate with sales, inventory, and management teams to ensure data accuracy and business insights.

🔸Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to support operations

• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation

• Update and manage dashboards and internal reporting tools

• Support inventory tracking, billing summaries, and sales analysis

• Ensure accuracy in data entry and system records

🔸Key Skills Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in MIS or data/reporting roles (retail/jewelry industry preferred)

• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)

• Familiarity with ERP/POS systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

🔸Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Advance Excel Certification

• PGDCA (Preferred)

• Diploma or certification in Data Analytics/MIS Reporting (Preferred)
