📝 Job Summary:

As an MIS & Data Analyst at LINKD, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing digital systems for operations, production, vendor communication, and payroll. You will develop and maintain ERP components using tools like Google Sheets, AppSheet, and Google Apps Script, ensuring real-time data accuracy and automated workflows across departments such as purchase, production, dispatch, and HR.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Data System Development & Management

Build and manage multi-functional Google Sheets-based ERP covering:

Purchase (FMS) and Inventory tracking

Fabric Inward and Order Punching

Design Tracking and Quality Control Jobcards

Production Monitoring (Printing, Fusing, Calendar, etc.)

Dispatch Logs

Automate system flows using Google Apps Script.

📌 Reporting & Dashboards

Develop MIS reports and dashboards to track:

Fabric usage

Design approval status

Order production stages

On-time vs delayed dispatch

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.

📌 Email Automation

Create scripts to automate:

Vendor order confirmation emails

Email status tracking (Sent/Not Sent + Date)

Alerts for pending and completed tasks

📌 HR & Payroll Integration

Automate payslip generation via template-based PDF scripts

Manage salary data (Basic, HRA, Allowances, LOP, PT)

Integrate employee records into automated monthly payslip workflows

📌 AppSheet Development

Design mobile-friendly views for:

Real-time jobcard entries

Production tracking by operator

Management view for dispatch tracking & order TAT

📈 Key Skills:

Advanced Google Sheets (functions, dashboards)

Google Apps Script (automation & backend workflows)

AppSheet (no-code mobile app development)

Basic understanding of ERP workflows

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Effective communication and documentation skills

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, Operations, or relevant field

2+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis (manufacturing preferred)

Experience in textile or garment manufacturing processes is a plus
