MIS Executive

🧩 Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive with a background in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel, including all major formulas, and capable of managing and analyzing operational data to support business decisions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operations and management

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics

• Automate reports using Excel tools like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Macros

• Maintain dashboards and trackers for process performance and SLAs

• Coordinate with operations and support teams to gather and validate data

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data submissions

• Assist in audit and compliance reporting as required

🧠 Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/IT preferred)

• Minimum 3–6 years of MIS experience in the BPO industry

• Strong command of Advanced Excel and all major formulas

• Knowledge of Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic SQL is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills
