MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy MIS Executive with strong proficiency in Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and report on business data. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating comprehensive reports, dashboards, and automating routine processes to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

• Analyze large sets of data and derive actionable insights.

• Design and automate reports using Advanced Excel features like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query, etc.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.

• Create ad-hoc reports and provide analytical support for management decision-making.

• Identify process improvement opportunities using Excel automation.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficient in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Macros, VBA, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau – a plus but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of database tools (MS Access, SQL – optional)

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear manner

• Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a any.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in a similar MIS/Data Reporting/Operations role/ Advanced Excel.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Process-oriented with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
