Role Summary:

An MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making. They prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records.

• Analyze data and generate insights for management.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

• Create dashboards and reports using Excel and other reporting tools.

• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.

• Track KPIs and business performance metrics.

• Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Maintain confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Macros, Charts).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or reporting tools is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Operations Support.

Salary Range : According to your last salary depends in your interview.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
