Key Responsibilities:

·       Create, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

·       Analyze lead, sales, and performance data to identify trends and insights

·       Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure data accuracy

·       Automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards

·       Prepare presentations and visual reports for internal reviews

·       Assist in maintaining backend records for customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or related field

·       Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, Conditional Formatting)

·       Strong attention to detail and time management

·       Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets is a plus

·       Prior experience in real estate data or back-office operations is desirable
