Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain customer and operational data in internal systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, installations, and service operations.
Maintain records of broadband connections, disconnections, renewals, and service requests.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and systems.
Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Customer Support teams for data collection and verification.
Generate performance reports for management review.
Track pending installations, complaints, and service requests.
Handle data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer data.
