Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who will manage data systems, reporting dashboards, and performance analytics for student admissions, marketing, academic, and operations departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data integrity, dashboard creation, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, enrollments, academic performance, marketing campaigns, etc.

·       Build and automate dashboards and trackers using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred).

·       Monitor admission funnel performance (leads, follow-ups, conversions).

·       Analyze campaign data from CRM and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

·       Coordinate with admissions, sales, marketing, and academic teams to gather and validate data inputs.

·       Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates across MIS systems.

·       Identify process inefficiencies through data patterns and suggest improvements.

·       Generate ad-hoc reports requested by leadership or cross-functional teams.

·       Maintain and back up large data sets securely and systematically.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

·       1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Reporting, or Business Intelligence roles.

·       Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.

·       Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

·       Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau – preferred).

·       Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

·       Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical teams.
