SparesHub is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for doing data entry on Zoho. Timely organize, maintain and update the information, make customized reports for better business decision making. The data would be related to automobiles, customer, purchase and supplier’s data.

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to support data feeding and create data readiness to deliver decision services. Being a Data Entry Operator you will be responsible to:

• Do accounts related entries on Zoho, Excel, and Word.

• Acquire and organize data from primary or secondary data sources related to auto parts and update database. • Understand and consolidate information from spreadsheets, organize, maintain and present it as per standard requirements.

• Generate and maintain customized MIS data.

• Manage the integrity and quality of the data.

• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements:

• Any graduates preferred.

• The person should have knowledge of MS Office. Zoho, Excel, and Word.

• He/ She should be an expert in using Advanced Excel formulas.

• Candidate should have a good typing speed.

• Confident computer user, comfortable learning new tools and programs quickly.

• Organized with a robust and can do attitude.

• High level of attention to detail, quality and accuracy when recording data changes.

• Bringing new ideas and Process Improvement.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
